There are so many ways one could interpret that. But regardless, Spring is on the way!! I'm hoping today was the last winter coat day. :)
That is so sad, but I would have to say that Delaware is the coldest place I have ever lived. And possibly the hottest, because the heat here sucks the life out of you in a way that heat in Del Rio never could.
